This last spring as I made my annual trek into the Palo Duro Canyon to help with the gather, I noticed that Mulberry Creek was running freely. This assessment was based of course on Texas Pandhandle standards. When some of the cowboys came back with me later to the creek, one of the son's came along.  His name is Oscar Ocher. Oscar is just a great kid who is making a real good hand. He is also a voracious reader.
